3 out of every 5 adults are unhealthy — based on their diet and lifestyle.
Luckily, it is fairly easy to identify where we are going wrong.
Here are 12 things almost everyone does, that are damaging your health:
1. Sleeping for less than 6 hours.
2. Overworking almost every day.
3. Walking less than 2000 steps a day.
4. Eating your dinner after 9 PM most days.
5. Sitting for more than 2 hours without a break.
6. Drinking out of plastic water bottles regularly.
7. Starting and ending your day with screen time.
8. Not drinking at least 3 liters of water every day.
9. Dining out or eating junk more than 2 times/week.
10. Having sugary drinks/soda more than twice a week.
11. Drinking more than 3 cups of chai/coffee in one day.
12. Screen time of 7+ hours every day, even on weekends.
The worst part is that most of these habits are normalized, so we don’t think they’re unhealthy for us.
But they add up over time, causing serious problems for your body.
