Sleeping 8 hours is not the only rest YOUR body needs!

(There are 9 TYPES of rest your body needs)

1. Sensory rest:

Take some breaks from screens, and turn off all screens to reduce sensory simulations.

2. Mental rest:

Include yoga in your daily routine to calm your mind, reduce stress and enhance focus and clarity!

3. Physiological rest:

Some days, reduce the amount of food you take and give your digestive system a break to focus on the repair process.

4. Creative Rest:

Include activities, which bring joy to your life without focusing on productivity to make you more creative.

E.g. playing with children, dogs or going on a walk with parents…

5. Spiritual rest:

Spend time reading books and make yourself calm from all the buzz.

6. Social rest:

Turn off the internet and spend time with yourself to reflect, relax and rejuvenate emotionally.

7. Emotional rest:

Switch off your phone, do meditation, and observe your surroundings to balance your emotions.

8. Strategic rest:

Schedule trips and vacations to recharge yourself and gain fresh ideas.

9. Physical rest:

Go to bed, discontinue all physical activity and relax completely to recharge yourself.
