What is the actual meaning of HEALTHCARE?
In today’s world HealthCare is defined by visiting doctors frequently, getting computerized health checkups, monthly blood tests & reports, popping pills for the pettiest issues, trying new tending diets, getting introduced to different vaccines, providing the body with artificially packed supplements & getting various medical insurances for you & your family.
So how can we take care of our own heath without depending on others?
We need to replace this mindset of HEALTHCARE from CURE TO CARE.
In other words, we take CARE of our system and not always rely on CURE.
My version of HEALTHCARE = TAKING CARE OF BASIC FUNCTIONS OF OUR BODY.
C=CIRCULATION
Can be achieved by doing any physical activity or exercise that you like to perform each day for at least 30 mins.
A=ASSIMILATION
Can be achieved if we consciously make sure the food that is consumed is getting digested properly in the body & the easiest way to do so is to consciously choose the right foods for our system.
This can be different for each individual based on their Culture, Region and Environment they live in.
R=RELAXATION
There is nothing better than SLEEP to relax the system.
Activities /Hobbies that de-stress you are also another way to relax.
E= ELIMINATION
Removal of toxins from the body is the real way of keeping up with your health.
These toxins can build up in the form of unhealthy food, stress, environmental factors etc. Recognize your toxins and keep them off your system in the best way you feel is right.
